This application provides a straightforward platform for recording and tracking daily workout routines, resembling the simplicity of managing a to-do list.

Users can quickly log their workouts from the home screen by selecting the workout and tapping a checkbox to record it for the day. The app includes a repetition feature, allowing users to set recurring workouts on specific days of the week or daily, with customization available on the "Schedule" screen where repeat days and intervals can be adjusted.

The "History" section displays recorded workouts for selected dates, offering editing options via an icon at the top right. Additionally, users can add omitted entries using an "Add" button, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping.

The "Analysis" tab presents graphical summaries of workout data, such as total volume, number of sets, and maximum weight, viewable over weekly, monthly, and quarterly periods. These graphs can be filtered by muscle group or workout type, and detailed data points can be examined by long-pressing on the graph.

On the "Settings" page, users can customize their weekly calendar by choosing whether the week starts on Sunday or Monday. The application also supports exporting workout history in CSV format for further analysis or record-keeping outside the app.

The free version allows access to workout history for up to one week. To unlock full functionality and access complete history and export options, users are encouraged to upgrade to the premium subscription via in-app purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in account settings prior to renewal. Renewal charges are applied to the user’s Apple ID within 24 hours of the subscription period's end.
